Tour description

DAY 1. Tashkent – Nukus
Arrival in Tashkent airport. Pick up at the Airport.  Accommodation in the hotel. City tour: Barak-Khan Madrasah (16th c.), The Kaffal-Shashi mausoleum (15th c.), Kukeldash Madrasah (16th c.), the Djuma mosque (9th c.), Museum of Applied Art. PM flight to Nukus. Accommodation in the hotel. Dinner. Overnight in Nukus.

DAY 2. Nukus –  Ancient forteresses Ayazkala et Tuprokkala – Khiva (200 km)
Morning  visit to the Art Museum in Nukus, called by Igor Savitsky. Created by Igor Savitsky - an eccentric and obsessive collector, this highly unusual museum is doing to maintain a world-class collection of the work of artists who might otherwise to be lost forever. The collector has protected a large set of samples of Soviet art of the years 20 and 30. This is the second best gallery Russian avant-garde in the world after the Russian Museum in Saint Petersburg. There are 90,000 pieces in the collection of Savitsky. The museum holds the old Khorezmian art and has a floor devoted to the craft Karakalpak with samples of traditional jewelry, costumes, musical instruments and decorations yurt. Departure to Khiva (200 km). On the road a tour of the old forterresses in Karakalpakstan, you will visit the ruins of the fortress Toprak Kala that housed the capital of Khorezm, when the region was still green. Then you join the fortress of Ayaz Kala, probably founded in the Parthian epoch. Lunch included in yurt camp. After crossing the bridge over the Beruni Amu Darya, you will continue to Khiva. Accommodation at hotel.

DAY 3. Khiva
Khiva - the only "Museum under the open sky" in Central Asia that has been completely preserved up to the present day, Ichan-Qala - the historical center of Khiva which has been inscribed into the UNESCO World Heritage List. City tour around the architectural complex "Ichan-Qala" (12-19th cc.): Kunya-Ark khan's castle - the inner citadel of Ichan-Qala (16-17th cc.), Kalta Minor Tower (Short minaret) that would have become the biggest and tallest minaret in Central Asia (19th c.), Muhammad Amin-Khan - the biggest  medieval medressa in Khiva (1845-1855 yy.), Djuma Mosque with 220 wooden columns and a minaret 32,5 m height (10th c.). Lunch at local restaurant. Following tour of Khiva :Tash-Hauli (Stone courtyard) palace looking like a fortress with a high battlements, towers and fortified gates (19th c.), Ak-Mosque (White Mosque) - a small quarter mosque by the  gates of Palvan-Darvaza (1838-1842), necropolis of Pahlavan Mahmud - the cultic center of Ichan-Qala (1810-1913 yy.), residence of Islam Khodja (1910 y.) - the vizier of the last khan. Ensemble consists of the smallest medressa in Khiva and a minaret whose top platform has a height of 45 m and is the highest observation point in town. O/n at hotel.

DAY 4. Khiva—Bukhara
Breakfast in hotel. Transfer Khiva—Bukhara (470 km). Lunch picnic in desert restaurant. Arrival and accommodation at hotel. Overnight in Bukhara

DAY 5. Bukhara
Excursion over Bukhara: Arc fortress, complex Bolo Khauz, Chashma Ayb, mausoleum of Ismail Samani. O/n at hotel

Day 6: Bukhara
Breakfast. Continuation of city tour: walking through the old streets, Chor Minor (18th c.). Tour outside the city: Emir's Summer Residence Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa (19th c.), memorial necropoles Chor Bakr (10th c.), visit to the Bahouddin Nakshbandi mausoleum (16-19th c.), to the sepulchers of his mother and his preceptor (14th c.). Dinner with folklore show at Nodir Devon Begi (or in hotel — due to climate conditions). O/n at hotel

Day 7: Bukhara - Nurata – Aydarkul lake (260 km)
After breakfast departure to Nurata. On the way, 50 km from Bukhara you visit the famous center of traditional ceramics in Gijduvan, where prominent people like Prince of Wales, Charles, Mrs. Hillary Clinton and other celebrities used to come and buy Uzbek ceramics from the ceramics workshop and museum. City tour in Nurata: visit old mosque with holy spring water and fish, the castle of Alexander the Great. Lunch at local restaurant main menu Tanduri Barra (spicy lamb cooked in special oven), after lunch Departure to Aydarkul. Accomodation in yurts (national house of Kazakh people). Camel riding, Sunset watching, Dinner at fire and Kazakh Akin (singer), overnight in the yurts. Food is served in accordance with Oriental tradition; tourists sit at the table (dastarkhan) on the kurpachas (mattresses) around the dastarkhan. Aydarkul Lake : situated in the eastern part of the Kyzyl-Kum . For more than 200 km ( 125 miles ) the lake stretches through the desert within sight of the Nuratin Mountains . The width of the Lake is about 5 km and the depth is 15 m . The water in the lake is salty and there are many fish. The fauna is also very rich.

Day 8: Aydarkul – Sintob – Forish – Jizzak - Samarkand (280 km)
Departure to the mountain villages of Sintob and Forish. Discover of the villages with warm and hospitable people. Visit the villages and families. Lunch on road. Arrival in Samarkand in the afternoon.  Accommodation.  Diner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 9: Samarkand
Visit the Registan square with Ulugbek madrasa, the Madrasa Cher-Dor and Tillia Kori mosque. Lunch. Following the tour the mausoleum Gur-i-Amir, the mausoleum of Roukhabad and necropolis Shakh-i-Zinda, the observatory Ulugbek. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10- Samarkand - Shakhrisabz - Ayakchi (140 + 50 km)
Departure to Shakhrisabz by plain road. Excursion in Shakhrisabz excursion, the birthplace of Tamerlane. Visit the ruins of the White Palace - (. XIV s) Ak Saray which served the Summer Grand conqueror residence, the necropolis under Timur for his descendants, which retains till today's crypt and the mausoleum of Jakhongir, the eldest son of Timur,. Behind the walls of the mausoleum is the mosque of Hazrati Imam (the Holy Imam) dated XIX century. who completed the architectural ensemble named Dorus Saodat (The House of Power). Finally we visit all Dorut Tyllawat (The Abode of Reflection), which consists of two mausoleums (the mausoleum of Sheikh Chamseddin Kulal (XIV c.) And the mausoleum Gumbazi Saidon (XV c.)) And Kouk mosque Gumbaz (XV c.). Lunch in city. Depart to Ayakchi mountain village (50 km). Accomodation at guest house. Walk in the village. Overnight homestay

Day 11: Ayakchi - Samarkand
Starting point of the hike-climb (1,000 meters) of 2 hours walking around the mountain lake (7 km). Beautiful day of walking. During the hike discovery of the village surrounded by the crops. We pass herds of goats and sheep, and then descend to the river Ayatchi. Swimming is possible (depending on the season) in a pot of the river, fishing for trout lovers and lunch by the river. Back in the village. Taking bath in a river near the house. Dinner and overnight homestay. Back to Samarkand by the mountain pass (90 km). Overnight at hotel.

Day 12 - Samarkand - Urgut - Samarkand - Tashkent (40 + 40 320 km)
Departure to Urgut (40 km) walk through the bazaar. Back to Samarkand (40 km) Lunch in city. After lunch free time. Transfer to the railwau station. Departure on comfortable train to Tashkent Uzbek (320 km-2h 10 min). Overnight at hotel.

Day 13 - Tashkent - Chimgan (100 km)
Depart the morning Chimgan 100 km northeast of Tashkent in the foothills of Thian Chan. Reservoir Tcharvac- "The Riviera" Tashkent. Trekking in the valleys of Koksu, Chatkal and Pskem that give the lake. Pik-nik. Back to 19:00. Diner restaurant. Night in hotel mountain Nebesa 4 * or equivalent

Day 14 - Chimgan - Tashkent
Back to Tashkent. Accomodation at the hotel. Following of visit. А walk through the pedestrian Uzbek Broadway. You will discover Navoi Opera and Ballet. Transfer to a place of friendship between peoples and visit the madrasa Aboulkasym 's with the craft center а inside. Night at the Opera Navoп. А night hotel. 

Day 15 - Departure Transfer to airport for flight for departure  End of our services
